bench title


  • Start with your back and neck straight and feet flat on the ground.
  • Slowly lower the barbell to the middle of your chest.
  • Slowly breathe in as you keep the barbell balanced.


  • Breathe out as you lift the weight upward.
  • Extend your arms fully without locking your elbows.
  • Keep your shoulders back by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
